1. The Sanctuary of Truth

The Sanctuary of Truth is an unfinished museum and one of the most popular tourist attractions in Pattaya. Standing tall at 105 meters to the north of Wongamat Beach, The Sanctuary of Truth or Satchatham Temple is an iconic structure of Pattaya. Crafted entirely out of teak wood adorning intricate designs and carvings, the place is more like a fusion of a temple and a palace.

Built in a traditional style, the temple of truth exhibits peace and serenity and has been honoured with the award of Outstanding Tourist Attraction by the Tourism Industry Awards in 2008.

2. Big Buddha Hill – Wat Phra Khao Yai

The beautiful statue of Lord Buddha is positioned at 100 meters above sea level on a hill that is 18 meters high. The hill is so huge that you can see Jomtien Beach from one side and Pattaya City from the other. It creates a reflective mood with its bells, burning incense, and numerous smaller statues. Visiting Hours are 6:30 am to 5:00 pm and No Entry Fee is there.

3. Nong Nooch Garden

One of the must-see attractions in Pattaya is Nong Nooch Garden, the largest botanical garden in South East Asia. From giant cactuses to tropical flowers, visitors can view the various endangered plants indigenous to SouthEast Asia in this Pattaya park. 4. Pattaya Floating Market

One of the most amusing marketplaces of Pattaya, the 4 Regions Floating Market or Pattaya Floating Market, is quite popular among tourists and is located in the middle of a huge pond. With over 114 shops selling authentic Thai food, desserts, and fruits, one can also see plenty of such floating shops for eateries, fruit stalls, souvenir shops, and some art galleries. Four people can ride in one boat for around 30 minutes for a small fee.

5. Frost Magical Ice of Siam – A Frozen Wonderland

If you’re looking to escape the oppressive heat in the summer, make it a point to visit the Frost Magical Ice of Siam in Pattaya. The ice dome in which all the ice sculptures are kept is maintained at a temperature of -10 degrees Celsius and is one of the top attractions in Pattaya, Thailand. This icy amusement park can transport you to the arctics within seconds. The park has three sections: Siam Heaven, the Himmapan Zone, and the Frost Village & Food Zone.

6. Pattaya Elephant Village

Pattaya Elephant Village is an elephant sanctuary and it is a place to visit in Pattaya if you like an interactive experience with nature. Visitors can interact with elephants, watch them perform, and even ride them. A visit to the elephant village doesn’t just make for a unique and memorable experience, but the proceeds from the tickets go towards the survival of the elephants.

7. Ramayana Water Park

Ramayana Water Park located in the Na Chom Thian region of Pattaya is a family destination with a wave pool, 21 high-speed water slides, and a floating market. It is the biggest water park in Thailand. There is also a special kiddies area.

8. Underwater World Pattaya

Underwater World Pattaya is also a popular destination for families and children. It is an ocean aquarium, featuring a variety of marine life from the Gulf of Thailand and around the world, including sharks, rays, tropical fish, and sea turtles. Visitors can view the sea creatures from above and below the water through a series of tunnels and observation decks.

Beginning at Beach Road end until Bali Hai Plaza end, the place is renowned for its plethora of beer bars, go-go bars, nightclubs, strip bars, discotheques, restaurants, and massage parlors. The street is closed to vehicles after 6:00 PM.
